Wrinkles - Stop them Before you've Got Them

Wrinkles- you could spend thousands of dollars trying to get rid of them, but (1) Who has that kind of money? and (2) The chemicals used in a lot of fillers are not healthy to be injecting into the skin. Solution? It’s much easier to prevent wrinkles from appearing than it is to get rid of them once they’re already there.

There’s the more common solutions: avoid too much time in the sun, wear a hat and sunglasses to minimize squinting, don’t smoke, drink lots of water, and so on- but what about preventative treatments? There are so many natural solutions that will work wonders in preventing those lines and creases.

Moisturizers: Using a safe, effective moisturizer that contains the right ingredients, such as antioxidants, will increase the moisture retention and the collagen production in your skin- which will help keep those pesky lines away.

Serums: Our Pro-Age Serum can be one of the best things you invest in for your skin. Ingredients like antioxidants, hyaluronic and ellagic acid, and omega 5 will improve the overall appearance of your skin by stimulating the production of keratinocytes, which regenerates and strengthens the skins’ most outer layer, the epidermis.

Face masks: Face masks are incredibly beneficial for your skin. If you’re interested in learning more about face masks, check out our blog post about it. In regards to wrinkles, face masks rich in amino acids, Vitamin A, and/or Rose Essential Oil (our Beet the Clock Mask!) increase collagen production, resulting in firmer, tighter skin.

Taking care of your skin is so important. When aiming to prevent or reduce wrinkles, make sure you’re choosing products with safe, healthy ingredients.
