  • Step 1

    Cleanser + Exfoliator

    Gently massage your cleanser onto damp skin using circular motions, allowing it to lift away impurities, excess oil, and makeup.

    Use an exfoliator or a face mask two times per week to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. New exfoliator coming soon!

  • Step 2

    Toner

    After cleansing and/or exfoliating, apply a toner to your skin using a cotton pad or by gently pressing it in with your hands. This helps remove any leftover impurities, balance your skin’s pH, and prepare it for better absorption of serums and moisturizers.

  • Step 3

    Moisturizers

    Morning/Night: Apply a moisturizer suitable for your skin type to clean, slightly damp skin using upward, circular motions. This helps lock in hydration, nourish the skin, and support a healthy, radiant complexion.

    Night: Apply a few drops of an oil-based serum, massaging it into the face and neck with gentle upward and outward motions. This technique helps boost circulation, promote absorption, tone the face muscles.

    Treatments

    Gently apply treatments, such as under-eye products or blemish solutions, to clean skin using your fingertips or an applicator.

Smells awful

I can't use this toner because the smell is stringent and unpleasant. I live locally and tried to return it in-person 6 days after buying it, but was not allowed. I only used it twice and with clean hands on a spray bottle so the return disapproval makes no sense. The staff member that I tried to return it to said this product’s scent is strong and that I should have smelled it before. If that’s the policy, then that should be explained at the time of pick-up. When I came in for the pickup order, I told the staff this was my first time buying this and she said she loved the age toner but she did not encourage me to smell the difference (nor warn me that it smelled so different). You should train your staff to warn people of smelling things before buying instead of only telling us about it after the fact. Not a fair reason for a return exception.

Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and posted on a sign at our checkout counter in the store. Once a product is opened and/or used, it cannot be returned. If it's been used/opened, we cannot resell it, so it would then go right to the trash.

We have testers for every single product available in the store so that our customers can try, smell, and experience the products before they purchase them. We encourage our in-store customers to smell and use the tester before purchase. All testers are 'self help', meaning that you can use them as you wish without requesting assistance (always happy to help if needed!). Our shop associates are educated in our products and trained to help.

This is the best!

I have never used a toner. I always thought that it was an unnecessary step that wasn't worth doing. And then I got this toner for my acne-prone skin. It has been the best! My acne cleared up within a few days, my oil production was a lot less crazy, and I've loved the smell! It takes no time at all to use, and it helps everything after it (serums, moisturizer, sunscreen, foundation, etc.) to soak in a lot easier. Game changer for me, and definitely get this product! It's totally worth it!

Super refreshing

Absolutely love this toner! I use it morning and night and it leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and clean. The scent is not strong like other ones and it dries fairly quickly on my skin.
