Returns

United States Orders Only.

We do not accept returns on opened or used goods as we guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the products. If the product packaging has been opened (ex: box), the product can't be returned as safety sales have been broken.

We accept returns on unopened/not-used products within 14 days of purchase for a store credit (including taxes), less a $10 shipping & restocking fee (for online orders). We will provide you with a return label to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Virginia. Inquiries after 14 days will not be considered. Item must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the return label in order to still qualify for the return.

Variations in viscosity, scent, or color are possible and do not warrant a return. These will all vary from batch to batch; however, we do our best to ensure this doesn't happen. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products. Because we use the freshest natural ingredients possible, we do not bulk quantities of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to changes in nature. 

Exchanges

United States Orders Only.

If you would like to an exchange an item that has not been opened or used, please contact info@withsimplicitybeauty.com within 14 days of purchasing the item.
We will determine if the item can be exchanged on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the store manager. Inquiries after 14 days will not be considered.

Exchanges are treated like returns. If approved for an exchange, you will receive store credit (including taxes), less a $10 shipping & restocking fee (for online orders). We will provide you with a return label to ship your item back to our warehouse in Virginia. Item must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the return label in order to still qualify for the exchange.

Limited Edition items, or items part of Subscription Boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not offer cash refunds, rather we give you in-store credit. Items received as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free Gifts are not eligible for return. Products purchased through a retail partner are not eligible for return or exchange at withSimplicity.
