Simple Perks FAQ
Simple Perks is our way of rewarding our loyal customers for their continued support of our small business. The more you interact with withSimplicity, the more points you earn, and the more rewards you get!
Anyone with an account who logs-in to our website will automatically be enrolled in Simple Perks. Simple Perks is not available for Wholesale Accounts.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. For information on how to earn points, click on the Earn Points tab in your Simple Perks Panel. Rewards for purchases can only be earned for purchases placed on our website or in our stores.
Select “Get Reward” under the reward you’d like. If you have enough points, you can claim them for redeemable discount vouchers.
Yes, points expire after 90-days of being approved. The approval period takes 7 days after the purchase date.
Rewards expire 90 days after creation. (Ex: If you redeem 100 points for a $5 off voucher, that voucher is valid for 90 days).
No. Once points are redeemed, they are not refundable.
No. The sky’s the limit!
Share your unique link with a friend. When you refer a friend, you’ll get 100 points when your friend makes a purchase. Your friend will also receive $5 OFF. Friend must be a new customer to withSimplicity.
Your pending points will become cancelled, and will be removed from your account.

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Some activities have a 7-day approval window.
** Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
** Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. The approval period is 7 business days.
** Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher in your loyalty panel first; then you will receive your discount voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
