This year marked a decade of withSimplicity — ten years of intentional beauty, clean formulation, and a commitment to caring for skin and people alike. What started as a simple idea has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined, and this milestone reminded us just how far we’ve come.
2. Irina Named Entrepreneur of the Year
One of our proudest moments was seeing Irina recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year through the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce. This honor reflects years of vision, perseverance, and heart-led leadership, and it belongs not just to one person, but to the entire withSimplicity community that has grown alongside her.
3. Featured in Major Publications
In 2025, withSimplicity was featured in Wellness Magazine, VegOut, InTouch, and Vogue. These moments were deeply affirming — proof that clean, indie beauty brands have a place on a larger stage, and that our message is resonating far beyond our own walls!

2025 was a big year for innovation. We launched 12 new products, including our highly anticipated skincare line (finally!). Each formula reflects months (and often years) of research, testing, and refinement.
6. Realizing Just How Much Our Team Loves Our Products
A lighter moment — but one that still makes us smile. Our employees were genuinely shocked by how much they spend at withSimplicity (and yes, it’s a lot). We’ll take it as the highest compliment.
7. Expanding Into Backbar Sizes for Spas & Estheticians
Supporting professionals has always been close to our hearts. This year, we expanded our line to include backbar sizes, making it easier for spas and estheticians to incorporate withSimplicity into their treatment rooms and rituals.
8. Launching Makeup with Beauty Heroes
We officially launched our makeup at Beauty Heroes, a trusted and well-known clean beauty retailer. Partnering with a brand that shares our values was a defining moment — and one that opened new doors for withSimplicity.
9. Welcoming Affiliates & Non-Toxic Friends to Our Space
We loved opening our doors to affiliates and non-toxic friends from near and far at our store, spa, and HQ! These in-person connections reminded us how powerful community truly is.
10. A Team Retreat in the Mountains
This past Summer, our team spent time together in the mountains — bonding, resting, and celebrating everything we've accomplished. It was a reminder that behind every product, launch, and milestone is a group of people who genuinely care.
