- Cut tape to desired size/shape following instruction booklet
- Apply on clean, dry skin with no product used where the tape will be placed
- The ends of each strip should be applied with zero stretch
- Rub the tape after application to activate adhesive
- To remove, pull with the direction of the hair and move your finger along to hold your skin down - avoid lifting it directly
- Leave on for 3-8 hours
Facial taping can be done 2-3 times a week with at least one day off in between tapings
