When you start using a new skincare product, you need to use it consistently for at least one skin cycle. For a middle-aged adult, that's about 28 days. After one skin cycle, you may start to see some benefits, but to see real results, you need to use the product for 2-3 more skin cycles, which equals 60 to 90 days.
