Membership & Eligibility (U.S.)

The Simple Perks Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program offered by withSimplicity LLC (“withSimplicity”) to eligible customers located in the United States.

Membership is limited to individuals only (no companies), with one account per individual. Wholesale accounts and Backbar/Professional-Use Accounts are not eligible for the Program. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of withSimplicity are not eligible to participate.

To be eligible for Membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States. No purchase is required to join the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Affiliates of withSimplicity LLC are eligible for Simple Perks and receive the same benefits as regular customers unless otherwise stated.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Tiered Membership Structure

The Program includes a tiered rewards structure based on a member’s qualifying spend over a rolling twelve (12) month period. Tier placement is calculated automatically and may change as qualifying spend increases or decreases.

Tier thresholds, benefits, and point earning rates are determined by withSimplicity LLC and may be updated from time to time at its sole discretion.

Earning Simple Perks Points

Members earn Simple Perks points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases made online at www.withsimplicitybeauty.com or in-store at the withSimplicity retail location.

Point earning rates vary by tier and are subject to change. Points may also be earned through certain non-purchase activities, including but not limited to account sign-up, product reviews, birthday rewards, and referrals, as determined by withSimplicity LLC.

Points for product reviews are awarded only for verified purchases. Members may earn Points for a maximum of three (3) product reviews per day. Only one review per product per customer is eligible for Points.

withSimplicity LLC reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue point-earning activities at any time.

Redeeming Simple Perks Points

Points may be redeemed for rewards (“Rewards”) as made available by withSimplicity LLC, subject to availability and while supplies last. Rewards may include discounts, products, or other offers as determined by withSimplicity LLC in its sole discretion.

Points:

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Members may be required to make a qualifying purchase in order to redeem certain Rewards. Members may redeem no more than one of each Reward per transaction. Members may not redeem more than ten (10) of the same Reward SKU per calendar year.

Redeemed Rewards expire thirty (30) days after issuance if not used.

Points Expiration

Points will expire after twelve (12) months of account inactivity. Account activity includes making a qualifying purchase. Points automatically expire if a membership is revoked or terminated.

VIP Shipping Benefit

Members in the highest tier of the Program may be eligible for free standard shipping on qualifying orders, subject to a minimum purchase threshold as determined by withSimplicity LLC. Shipping benefits apply only to qualifying orders and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Privacy Policy & Communications

Personal information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with the withSimplicity Privacy Policy for purposes including Program administration, marketing analysis, and customer communications.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive Program-related emails and marketing communications from withSimplicity LLC. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting marketing@withsimplicitybeauty.com.

Changes, Termination, or Removal from Program

withSimplicity LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, limit, or terminate the Program, including but not limited to tier thresholds, earning rates, rewards, benefits, and eligibility, at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the withSimplicity website.

withSimplicity LLC may revoke Membership or remove Points if a member engages in abuse of the Program, violates these Terms, misrepresents information, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a manner detrimental to the interests of withSimplicity LLC.

Membership is non-transferable. Purchases and rewards must be earned and redeemed by the registered member. If Membership is revoked or terminated, all unused Points and Rewards will be forfeited.

It is the member’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
