On your Simple Perks Loyalty Page, select “Get Reward” under the reward you’d like. If you have enough points, you can claim them for redeemable discount vouchers.

Yes, points expire after 12 months at midnight of being approved .The approval period takes 7 days after the purchase date.

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your points will be expiring soon.

Rewards expire 30 days after creation. (Ex: If you redeem 150 points for a $5 off voucher, that voucher is valid for 30 days).

Simple Perks rewards cannot be combined with other discounts including Free Shipping. Only 1 discount code can be used per order.

No. Points can only be earned on orders placed directly on our online store or in a physical withSimplicity store.

Your tier level is determined on a rolling 12-Months basis. You will receive a notification when you are close to reaching the next tier.
