Brush Cleansing Balm
Keep brushes clean to prevent the harboring of pore-clogging bacteria. Soap bar comes in a tin, making it easy to use and simple to store.
3.2 oz / 90 g
Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil*, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil*, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil* , Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Butyrosepermum Parkii (Shea Butter)*, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba Oil)*
*Saponified Oils & Butters
How to Use
Step 1: Run water over the brush . Make sure you are holding it with the bristles pointing downward. This will prevent water from getting in the ferrule (the part where the hairs are glued to the handle).
Step 2: Swirl the brush around on the top of the Brush Cleansing Balm (keep the soap in the metal tin), then rinse (pointing downward). Keep repeating this process until you see the water run clear. * Pro-Tip: Use a Brush Cleansing Pad if you feel like you need extra scrubbing power. It will help to loosen any liquid foundation or pigments stuck in the base of the brushes.
Step 3: Reform the natural shape of the brush and gently swipe it over a towel. Lay the brush flat to dry.
Rinse the Brush Cleansing Balm to rid of any extra suds or makeup and leave lid off to dry.
Pigment + Scent Variation
With natural ingredients, variations in viscosity, scent, or color are possible. These will all vary from batch to batch; however, we do our best to ensure this doesn't happen. Natural ingredient harvests are not identical and can cause variations in the final products. Because we use the freshest natural ingredients possible, we do not source bulk quantities of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to changes in nature.
Wet balm; swish brush on it then rub also on the palm of your hand and basically done. May need a time or 2 more if it’s been a long time between previous cleaning attempts with other products that really don’t work as well as this does.
